Coming 2027

Coaching is 1:1 mental and emotional work. There's no gym involved. No training plan. No physical sessions.


It's a structured process that helps you understand yourself better, why you think the way you think, why you behave the way you behave, and what's been holding you back from the life you actuall want.


We work on things like:


  • Who you believe yourself to be, and whether that's serving you
  • How your nervous system responds to stress, pressure, and difficult emotions
  • Getting clear on your values, your purpose, and what actually matters to you
  • What you actually want, and what's been getting in the way of it
  • Building clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self


It's honest, focused work. Some sessions will feel uncomfortable. Most will feel like a relief. All of it is confidential.


As an Inner Game Certified Coach and trained Mental Health First Aider, I bring methodology, structure, and real lived experience to every session. I've been through some dark places myself. I know what it takes to rebuild.


Coaching works completely on it's own, or alongside physical training id that's part of your journey too. In person or online. Always built around you.

WHAT'S COMING IN 2027

Discovery Session

A 60-minute structured coaching conversation. Where you are, where you want to be, and what's in the way. The starting point for everything.


6-Week Inner Work Programme

Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions focused on identity, mindset, and nervous system regulation. In person or online.


12-Week Coaching Programme

The full package. Deeper work, more time, lasting change. In person or online. Can include physical training for local clients.


Monthly Retainer

For clients who've completed a programme and want continued support. One session per month, ongoing accountability.
